Henan Oilfield Equipment Maintenance Management Research

The equipment management is very important for our plant, plant maintenance engineering stays at key position in the equipment management. The cost of equipment operating and maintenance is the main cost of oil production. The equipment maintenance aims to avoid over-maintenance or under-maintenance, to reduce the expense of equipment maintenance, and to ensure equipment operating without breakdown. It will benefit our plant that investigation and probing the equipment maintenance management mode which suits the characteristics of our plant.Generally, the equipment maintenance management includes four parts: organization, resource, tactics, checking-criterion!My dissertation primarily discussed developing trend of the equipment maintenance at the moment, evaluated the present conditions of the equipment maintenance management mode of our plant, and we learned of there are some shortcomings in the equipment management system of our plant from this discussion and evaluation. The text points some useful suggestions which how to improve the equipment maintenance management system for us.The enterprise will benefit from the innovation about the equipment maintenance management, changing the people' s ideas and thought mode for the equipment maintenance management could be helpful to this innovation. The research results of this text will be helpful to improve the equipment maintenance management of our plant, and this results can also be applied by other enterprises which if they want to improve their equipment management.
