Petrochemical Corporation International Petroleum Collaborative Decision-making Research

This paper introduced the current general modals of international petroleum cooperation contracts and analyzed the main characteristics of nowadays' international petroleum cooperation, based on the historical review of international petroleum cooperation.That has become the major trend for Chinese petrol-chemical enterprises to enter the world petroleum market, because of the geological unbalance of the world oil resources, the rapid development of Chinese economy, the establishment of national petroleum strategic reserve and the increase of enterprises' benefits and competition.This paper focused on some mid-decision researches of international petroleum cooperation, such as fiscal system, technologic economy, project financing, political risk and so on. The purpose is to promote Chinese enterprises utilize the conventional approaches when they enter into the world oil market, upgrading the benefit and reducing the risk.
