Social Insurance Computerized Management Information System Construction

Along with deeply reform of the social insurance system, Management Information System has been becoming the necessary means of management, However, because of the lack of uniform criteria , each local government builds its own information system respectively so that hardware and software are severely wasted. So it is urgent to analyze the causes of these problems.In consideration of the present situation of social insurance information system , this paper discusses the influence on the construction of BaoTou Social Insurance Information System through technical solution and non-technical elements by utilizing MIS, organizational management and the theory of management communication. As to implementation of social insurance information system , It also offers a suggestion that computer engineers should closely cooperate with management staffs, so do buyers and suppliers.On the whole, the solution to BaoTou Social Insurance Information System not only has the realistic significance but also can be used for reference to generic information systems' building.
