State-owned enterprises at moment are facing very intense market competition, which is becoming more and more serious following the China's entry of WTO. How to compete with the foreign company with advanced management method and rich management experience and get a space for survival and development in such a global common market is the task for all the state-owned enterprises to face. In this thesis, the advantages and effects of Objective Cost Control System, an advanced enterprise cost management method, is expounded in detail, basing on the practice of enterprise cost management method of ANSC cold rolling mill.
