This paper begins with general state of trust. Then it looks back and analyses the development of trust trade all over the world especially in China . It thoroughly discusses the reason why the trust trade in our country is now under difficult conditions as well as the construction of credit of our country . From it, we can see , the system source lies in the gradually advancing finance reform. Trust trade has lost the original system environment of survival and development, more effective and replacing system supplies have come into being. At the same time, it is bad social credit that the social source is. Because of lacking credit foundation , trust companies can' t find normal trust capital sources, and have been put into the vicious circle of "high cost, high interest". Also because of having no credit foundation, trust companies lack main business field, can only "not engage in regular fields", eventually, face extremely difficulties.And, the author springs up his own view-points according to the reality of the construction of social credit system in our country on establishing modern enterprise system , enlarging trust investment project scope , rebuilding trust trade anti-risk system , establishing the trust company's credit assessment system as well as the developing strategies of China. The trust enterprise credit assessment model and the trust trade developing strategies putting forward in this paper have important meanings for building social credit system and the making of decision of enterprises and investors.Finally, the author puts forward in conclusion that to resumethe true colors of trust trade , you must catch the chance of constructing the social credit system to achieve the goal by new viewpoint, having new credit system.
