In our country, with increase of market competition, the credit question is payed close attention universally. The credit sale is applied by more and more enterprises as a method of marketing. However, it also brings about arrear question. In order to solve this question, enterprises study and take some measures to control. The credit management problem is put forward. However, the control of total credit management process spends more time and energy and its cost is very great. To counter the orient baoli international consult centre that calculate five hundred arrear cases' reasons concludes that about seventy percent of arrear questions takes place before delivering goods. Moreover, this phase control's work is relative simple and its cost is low. Therefore, the methods of the beforehand control of customer credit management are studied from the aspect of business. The beforehand control of customer credit management importantly chooses customer and decision customer credit quota on base of customer credit analysis. And in the present customer credit decision is only introductive explained, but has't specific quantitative function. According to elements of credit decision, the total enterprise's credit decision and customer credit decision is analyzed in this thesis. The customer classification management is also analyzed through using for the matrix of customer classification management. Finally, Tangshan steel company's certain customer as example is analyzed in series of the beforehand control of customer credit management, in order to make every enterprise more definites the apply of control methods.
