It can promote Real Estate Industry rapidly and healthily in China.In the paper, I firstly indicate the existent problems according to the status in the field of financing. Then using correlative theories and foreign successful experiences for reference, I emphatically dissertate the subject to construct three types of patterns of Real Estate Trust: Real Estate Investment Trust, Land Trust and "House-Bank". Finally, I especially describe the necessary outer environment for the pattern above mentioned to operate smoothly, especially stating the relevant policy environment, tax rules and supervising system & supervising basis.
