With the coming of the knowledge-economy era,the high-tech enterprises,such as the consultant corporations,make more and more function to the economy development. In this kind of enterprises,knowledge-employees are the major,there are obviously differences between the knowledge-employees and the traditional employees,for example,there are very different in the prompting factors,in the manner of the prompting and the emphases of the prompting.In this article,the author made an analysis to the knowledge-employees,and drew a conclusion that they always fluid and their enthusiasm can' t sufficiently exert by the social factors,enterprises factors,personal factors and the others. The article brings forward the prompting tactic by studying the distinctions on the key prompting factors of different knowledge-employees,which based on the demonstration research. In the last,there are some advices and tactic about the knowledge-employees prompting advanced by some experts and scholars,but the viewpoints almost lay particular stress on the integer analysis to the knowledge-employees. We try to explore the prompting factors of the knowledge-employees from different enterprises,different ages and different sex,to find out their demand characteristic,and bring forward the pertinency advice to the practice.
