Research On The Implementation Of Knowledge Management In Enterprises

The emergence of knowledge economy reflects the reality that knowledge has become more and more important in the modern economy. And what is more important is that it gives birth to knowledge management. Nowadays knowledge management has been a hot problem concerned by the academics and the industry. However KM should be not only considered as a fashionable concept but a powerful tool for the improvement of business performance. As a result we have real necessity to attach great importance to the implementation of KM.KM is a completely new area. Consequently few researches have been put into the realm of the implementation of KM. The author consulted a great many reference books and studied hard into strategic management. Afterwards the author puts forward the idea that KM should be implemented with three steps, that is, the formulation of KM objectives, the solid implementation of KM and the performance appraisal of KM. And the focus of the KM implementation includes three aspects: construction of KM technical basis, management of knowledge employee and the adjustment of organizational structure. The author sincerely believes that this thesis will be of great benefit to the practice of KM.
