Prison Management Innovation In The Perspective Of Humanistic Care

With the development of the modern civilization of human society, the prison as the main punishment enforcement agency in our country promote the humanistic care and the civilized prison more and more. In the perspective of humanistic care,the prison management innovation is very important for building a harmonious socialist society with Chinese characteristics.This article, combining the reality of prison management, studies the prison management innovation in the perspective of humanistic care. First, this article introduces some basic concepts of the prison management of china, including the modern prison science, the rule of law, fairness and justice, humanitarian, human rights and human nature. Later in this paper, the development of the prison humanistic management is summarized. The development of our country’s prison experienced a period from the initial barbarism to the later humanism. The prison humanistic management becomes more and more systematic over time, the research also more and more deep. The prisons at home and abroad are trying to strengthen humanistic care. Some good experiences are worth learning. In order of the better prison management innovation in the humanities perspective, this article analyzes the main problems of prison management at the present stage in China, and the reasons for the induction. This paper summarizes the problems of the current prison management innovation, combined with a variety of the collected literatures, finally promotes five countermeasures of the prison management innovation. Of course, due to the limited time and knowledge, this paper has many insufficiencies, need to be further improved in the future.
