| Since Laos began its foreign capital open-door policy, the use of foreign capital obtained successful results. But a few problems remain in the current foreign capital law system. This dissertation emphasizes the comparison between Laos foreign capital legislature and China's. Through this study, I will expound the development of Laos laws on foreign investment. This dissertation will also discuss and analyze the different steps of Laos foreign capital legislature since its open-door policy, the direction of Laos current legislature on foreign capital, its structural system and its content. It will also deal with the current situation of China's legislature on foreign capital, its influence on Laos and China's economy, its value, its structure and a comparative analysis of the foreign capital legislature concrete system of both countries. Through this comparative study, I think that a few problems remain in the Laos foreign capital legislature skills, structure, and on different levels of some organizations. The Laos government should learn and use the experience of China's foreign capital legislature for reference. As for the selection of a legislature, Laos should use objective needs and the real basis of the society as a foundation, and development as the heart of the value. However, to reach development, the Laos government should at the same time pay a close attention to the stability of economic procedure. As for the legislative structure, the Laos government established a rather complete one, but it should persevere in solidifying its basis to make it perfect. As for the design of a concrete system, there are still a lot of drawbacks. The Laos government should learn and use the successful experience of China's foreign capital legislature for reference. At last, the Laos government should combine China's experience of foreign capital legislature and Laos concrete situation to improve the level of Laos legislature on foreign investment. |
