"Regarding customers as the centre" is becoming the important sign of the modern enterprise's management theory gradually. With the rapid spread of this new manage pattern, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) has already become the hottest topic in current business administration. How to succeed in implementing CRM project of enterprises and give full play to the role of CRM system, it is a question discussed and paid close attention extensively in enterprises at present.In this paper, firstly, we analyzed the development trend of CRM under the background of knowledge economy and put forward the concept of "K-Business platform" of Customer Relationship Management innovatively. And then, we analyzed the organization design principle and development trend of modern enterprise. Combining this with the relevant theory of data warehouse and CYC technology, we put forward the dualization reform model to a traditional enterprise and the knowledge transfer strategy based on this model. We also build the intelligent CRM information structure model based on data warehouse and CYC technology, and propose the KSP (Knowledge Service Provider) operation mode about knowledge sharing and cooperative reasoning between enterprises for the first time, and thus get the whole train of thought about constructing "K-business platform" on the basis of organization and technology. This train of thought expounded the leading thought of this paper, including setting up a support environment of successful implement and operation for CRM, making CRM system able to help enterprises achieve more high-level business intelligence (BI) and support the crosswise development of enterprises. Finally, as an example, we present an organization's transformation project of a medium-sized food enterprise and offer the actual appraisal of the enterprise.
