Through the analysis of current business situation of the credit card in the Changzhou branch of Bank of China, problems in the credit card business are clarified, and the necessity and the meaning of implementing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) in credit card business are put forward. The system design of credit card CRM in the Changzhou branch of Bank of China is especially introduced. Basing on current situation of credit card business of the Changzhou branch and the features of business operations, this article point out that the analytical CRM is the starting point of the application of the credit card CRM in the Changzhou branch. Finally, the concrete application of CRM in the credit card marketing and the fields of risk control are studied.
