Zhejiang province is one of first open districts in China, and there are about two million small-and-medium-sized enterprises (SMSE) in Zhejiang after the development of twenty years. They have contributed a lot to the development of Zhejiang economy. Now, they get the key period for changing their models. This thesis have described the actuality of Zhejiang SMSE, and discussed the problems they are facing now, then get ways to upgrade the competence of Zhejiang SMSE.This thesis includes five parts. The first part introduces some relevant theories about SMSE and competence. The second part describes the actuality of Zhejiang SMSE, and discusses the competence of them. The third part try to find the problems they are facing when they enter the transform period. The forth part have analyzed the ways to upgrade the competence of Zhejiang SMSE. And the last parts have discussed one relevant case. |
