The purpose of this thesis is to give advice for the marketing strategy of GUOTAIJUNAN Research and consulting company.First of all, the author analyses the general development of China securities consulting industry and find that the industry has just started its development period. After analysing the competitors of the securities consulting industry, the author finds a very big polarization between different companies has coming into being. By analyzing the demand of China securities consulting industry, the author finds a fast increase of demanding. And there is a very big gap between the increasing demand and the short of supply.Second, the author analyses the production characteristics of GUOTAIJUNAN Research and consulting company and indicates that there are three typical products: knowledge product,information product and service product. The particular cost structure ,experienced product and the demanding side economic require the GUOTAIJUNAN Research and consulting company to establish a typical marketing strategy.Finally, the author gives some marketing strategy advice for GUOTAIJUNAN Research and consulting company, including selling channel strategy,price policy,brand building strategy,relationship marketing and customer lock in strategy.There are five chapters in this thesis.The first chapter is introduction, the second chapter is industry analysis, the third chapter is objective marketing and core demand analysis, the fouth chapter is product characteristic analysis, the last chapter is marketing strategy analysis.
