Supply Chain Management (SCM) as an advanced representative of Enterprise Resource Management mode has been accepted and adopted by lots of overseas enterprises, and creates remarkable economic and social benefit. Lately, going with economy globosity, enterprises of China, especially manufacturing, have already adequately known: choosing advanced and compatible Enterprise Resource Management mode is an inevitable course of enterprise development in new economy times.Basing on above-mentioned backdrop, the paper stresses discussing the basic ideas and means of national IT manufacturing exerting Enterprise Resource Management on supply circumstance. On the base of introducing Enterprise Resource Management basing on SCM, the paper chooses a national IT manufacturing as researching object, solves practice problem in course of Manufacturing Management as motive, uses the ideas and means of SCM to analyze and sum up for practice application of Enterprise Resource Management about Manufacturing Management.The paper pays attention to the supply chain' s devising principles > procedures and driving measures of modern manufacturing, aims at the enterprise to bring forward frame stratagem of supply chain, confirm structure model of supply chain, design expressions about value efficiency of supply chain and the model of SCM etc. By analyzing operation flow of enterprise, the core problem that solves urgently-balance and optimize between manufacture plan and storage management is found in SCM application. Further, the manufacture plan models as a whole, solution project, storage management model, manufacture dynamic programming model etc methods that quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are brought forward from the point of view of logistics management. And, by using original data of enterprise to operate and prove for these models, some models are modified and reconsidered. Thereby, discriminant of model and views such as project strategy choosing are brought forward. And, the paper analyzes the problem of value increment during the company puts SCM in practice from the point of view of value chain, emphases on expatiating value of client, storage-profit contributing, profit structure for productions models etc, explains oneness of logistics and value flow.In addition, the paper also introduces contents such as the mistakes of SCM application about national enterprises etc. And, the development of Enterprise Resource Management in new economy times is prospected in paper.
