Project Manufacturing Agile Supply Chain Management

In this paper, first the idea of agile supply chain management (ASCM) is explained, then the characteristics and the management demands of the projected enterprise's supply chain are systematically analyzed. On the base, taking the SH-CIMS as background, which is one of the national 863/CIMS application models of Jiangsu province, the ASCM of the projected enterprise is thoroughly studied, and the total solutions to it are proposed. Furthermore, the exceptions in project management and the measures to them are discussed. At the end of the paper, the infrastructure and the implementation method of ASCM , with the evaluation model of its agility are suggested.
