This thesis firstly introduces the direction of reform carrying out by electric power industry in our country, which will be vertically divided as generation, transmission, distribution, and sale of electricity. It also analyzes driving factors of the strategic change brought about by the changing external environment of power supply enterprises due to the reform and indicates the necessity of implementing business process reengineering in the enterprises as to adapt to the new strategic mission. Then it puts forward the BPR schemes for power supply enterprises by analyzing core business processes of selling electricity by adopting BPR theory and methods. In the end, it points out that the power supply enterprises should reform further on enterprise culture, salary policy and organization design to implement the BPR project successfully. |
