Highway Network Toll Collection System Technology Research

The highway construction in our country has obtained great achievement It has promoted the economic growth in a great extent With the economic development in the areas nearby the highway network, traffic density on highway goes up rapidly, which results in congestion at toll-stations and many other problems. All of these require us make use of the high-technique in highway management to improve the driving condition of highway.Some rich provinces have built up networked toll systems, which allow vehicles stop only once to toll, or even none under advance payment condition. But these systems differ from each other very much because of no uniform planning. This thesis aims to find out the problems of the existing systems and bring forward an ameliorative scheme, including the design of the balance center, surveillance system on toll and so on. In the second half, the thesis contrives the related issues about the net of networked toll system.
