Study On Expressway Networked Toll Collection Mode Based On Electronic Toll System

With the development of Chinese economy, the construction of expressway comes into a high speed period of development. Presently, there are some expressways in miniature in some area. And the expressway networks of province or country are forming. But the toll and management of expressway all only aim at one way and there's no experience for networks. The management does not accord with construction of expressway will be the bottleneck of expressway sustainable development in China. The system of expressway will accelerate the development of Chinese economy through they cooperate well.The networked toll mode in condition of networks is implemented based on electronic toll collection according to status of expressway in China. First, the actuality of expressway in China and some toll modes are analyzed and the feasibility of expressway networked toll is discussed from hardware system and method of management. Second, the method of symbol-station to distinguish the routes is provided aimed at networked toll of expressway networks the matrix model is established based on networks to settle the problem of toll liquidation. Third, the key technology in existence is studied by the status of construction and management in China and the idea of how to use and integrate these technologies. Finally, the establishment of toll networks in expressway networks and the flow how to liquidate the tolls are discussed.The idea of expressway networked toll mode is established and some key technology about it are settled by studying the problems what have said.
