Heilongjiang Province Development Policy Research Of The Green Productivity

This article analyses and researches the economic policy of Heilongjiang province focusing on the word "green productivity". On the basis of the rational elaboration of the connotation of green productivity, through the analyses of Heilongjiang province's economic and environmental characteristic, the author draws the conclusion that Heilongjiang province should develop green productivity. Then analyses the difficulties and barriers Heilongjiang province will meet when it develops green productivity. In the end, a green policy system is discussed to make Heilongjiang province develop with the coordination of economy and environment.Through the comprehensive study of the green policy system of Heilongjiang province, this article advances the study of green productivity theory. In doing this, it lays aj solid theoretical foundation and provides an effective policy system for the coordinating development of Heilongjiang's economy and environment. So this article has both theoretical significance and practical value.
