With the development of financial system reform, the process of stated banks commercializing is quickening day after day. The competition between commercial banks in China also experienced a period from mass to standard and from single to comprehensive. Marketing becomes a Important tool more and more In the competition among commercial banks. This article is based on the analysis of the "marketing project" in the ICBC HENAN branch banking department and analyses the development and character of the commercial banks marketing in China. In addition, It combines with a lot of examples of commercial banks marketing, and combines with the examples of the agent business and marketing place and service marketing in the ICBC HENAN branch banking department.
