| At present, the phenomdnon of losing control in investment of construction project is very serious, which is mainly for invalid measure in investment control, especially lack of deep research on the mode and method in the period of design. In this paper,basis on this phenomenon, from the aspects of method, regulation and computer decision support of investment control, a complete system on control investment in the period of design is established by application of VE, Quota Design and LCC theories.It is well known that design phase is the crucial one that determines the economy of a building. These are a great deal of problem on the method of control investment in the preiod of design which is not resolved, although inportance of investment control in the design phase in often mentioned in academic cycle. An integrated set of controlling method and sequence is systematically designed in this paper. And quota design is reconstructed. The shortcoming of Quota Design is resolved by application of VE to allocation of total value of quota design. Through the analysis of VE and LCC, a series of method and model on the selection of architecture scheme, structure scheme, economize energy, and selection of equipment type is put forward, and the applications of AHP in comprehensive evaluation of design scheme is studied. Basis on study of investment control mechanism in edsign phase, Solution and suggestion to improve investment control in design,Expert Decision Support System for comprehensive assessment of scheme is built, which improve the investment control method. |
