Enterprise Decision Support System Structure And Stimulates System Design

With furious competition and the entry of WTO, unless business enterprise has not do more effort on the product, it cannot win more marketing share and get high profit. Now more and more Chinese enterprises have been aware of the importance and necessarily of managing enterprises with knowledge. Standardization management technology can help enterprises strengthen its competitiveness. An effective solution is developing its decision support system that can help enterprises to select the better strategy, increase the production efficiency, lower produce to operate the cost, save manufacture and human resource cost, and get competing advantage in the competition.Based on the needs of modern enterprise management, this paper has discussed the development and structure of enterprise decision support system, detailed discussed the component and function of the decision support the system for enterprise, one the base of analyzing with imitating system and model, developed a DSS model for the enterprise of Global management Challenge, and presented DSS for enterprise decision-making flow, computer system flow.In this paper I try to integrate DSS technology and enterprise management, help people accurately getting estimate result, making correct decision, and getting ideal enterprise performances.
