As an important content of Human Resource Management, training is important to promote the employee's knowledge and skill, and to build up enterprise core competition ability. Training has also been starting a global wave.First, the text discusses the definition, theory and realistic meaning of training. It analyses the status and brings forward some questions: pay not attention to training, lack of invert and organization, short of evaluating system. It also discusses the factors that affect the training, such as property right system, management system and incentive system, then, this article puts forward advices to settle the problems. Namely, break system impediment, pay high attention to training, develop all kinds of training, build perfect training system.The article also probes into the current of training and its affection to state-enterprise training.
