Enterprise System Of Property Rights Arrangements To Some Problems Of The Defects On The Impact Of Changes In Industrial Structure

By the way of combing the new institutional economics theory with the industrial structure theory, and based on the research method and analytical frame of these two theories, this thesis theoretically and positively studied the problem of shortness of enterprise property right system arrangement (EPRSA) affecting the industrial structure change from the aspect of institution affecting the conduct of people.The thesis can be divided into five parts. The 1st part briefly reviewed and evaluated the relevant theoretical opinions of institution affecting the industrial structure change from domestic and foreign scholars; the title of 2nd part is "EPRSA and the shortness of it". This part defined the words of property right, EPRSA and the shortness of it. It also discussed the main content of EPRSA and the main behavior of the shortness of EPRSA. And based on these, the thesis also contrasted the several typical shortness of EPRSA since our reform and open-up; the 3rd part: the effect mechanism of the shortness of EPRSA affecting the industrial structure change. This part discussed the direct and indirect effect mechanism of EPRSA affecting the industrial structure change; taking the data example of industrial structure change and reform of EPRSA since our reform and open-up, the 4th part positively analyzed the several theoretical opinions and analyzed them from model; according to the theoretical conclusion of this thesis, the 5th part enlightenment.
