Research On Optimizing Industrial Investment Structure Of Fujian Province

The growth history of modern economy makes it clear that the industrial investment structure has more important status in many economic structures. Its twist will lead to the unreasonable development of other economic structures. Therefore, optimizing industrial investment structure has a very important academic and practical meaning. It determines the rate and benefit of economic growth in a great degree. How to promote the growth of national economy and optimize industrial structure, optimizing industrial investment structure of Fujian Province has been an urgent problem.On the basis of looking up and tidying a lot of literatures, I have probed deep into the theme of industrial investment structure, in the same time combined to the fact of Fujian Province. At first, I developed the decisive factor of industrial investment structure and the principle to optimize industrial investment structure of Fujian Province. Secondly, I applied the Grey Theory to research the relationship between structure of industry and industrial investment structure. Thirdly,according to the thinking that input-output technical matrix decides industrial structure, I work out the departure between reasonable industrial structure and actual industrial structure of Fujian Province, so as to make industrial investment structure of the whole province regulate according to the departure, in this way making Fujian Province obtain the higher rate of economic growth.Finally, I put forward the valuation system of indices of industrial investment structure, in order to obtain the maximization of aggregate benefit in Fujian Province, such as economic benefit, social benefit, technical progress, etc. Two methods, Principal Component Analysis and Relative Potential were exerted to research branch of industry in order of investment afterward. According to the order of each branch of industry and its own advantage or disadvantage, I brought forward the measures that should be carried out so as to realize the target of optimizing industrial investment structure of Fujian Province. This article has both theoretical and practical significance on optimization of industrial investment structure, the optimization and upgrade of industrial structure and economic development of Fujian Province.
