Relativity Study On System Arrangement And Technology Innovation Of Small & Medium Enterprise Of Nanjing City

Nowadays, technological small and medium enterprises (SME) who represent the most active productivity of China play more and more important role in today's economic situation. We also see that Jiangsu is a province of SME. As the capital of Jiangsu province, the technological SME of Nanjing city have their own characters and become an important part in Nanjing's economy. But there are many difficulties in the development of SMB., such as leak of fund, poor capacity of innovation, confusion in property rights, discrimination in the government policy etc. We should hold our belieives that the SME have a broad further. Therefore, the research on technological SME have theoretical and realistic value.To every enterprises, innovation is very important who determine the development of the further. Not only the technology innovation but also the system innovation cannot be done one thing and neglect another, but in most part of time we think that technological innovation is more important.The dissertation of mine wants to find out some disciplines and solve some practical problems, basing the research and investigation on technological SME of Nanjing. The questions and the materials I have found in the investigation is the basic part of my dissertation. In the analysis part, the theory I use is the new regulation economics. I foud the property disorder is the biggest obstacle that the technological SME of Nanjing faced, which restrict the development of technological innovation. So in my dissertation, the first step to solve the problems of SME is to clarify the property rights, then to build up the inner inspiriting regulation of enterprises. Here we should pay more attention to two parts of people, one are the administrative staff, anther are the technicians, the former are the technological policy makers, meanwhile the latter are the executors. That is the theme of my dissertation.Regional characters, inner enterprise regulation and construction inspiration system are the three innovation points in my dissertation.Thanks for science & technology bureau of Jiangsu.
