Controlling Corruption Lies In The Constraints Of Power

Corruption has been the public hazard of human society. It is easy to produce: corrupt breeding ground in transitional period of China. If we don't prevent corrupt phenomenon from spreading, all achievements that we have got may be ruined since the policy of reform and open to the outside world has been implemented. Human history has proved that power without restriction must cause corruption. The essence of corruption is corruption of power. In the final analysis, the essential way for dealing with and fighting against corruption is to strengthen restriction on the power. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China firmly, we can use the experience of traditional power-restriction theory and practice. Combining realistic: circumstances and conditions in our country, we can establish and perfect our country's power-restriction-and-balance mechanism network in four aspects, which are to restrict power by morality, power, the people and the legal system. Thus we can achieve the goal of curbing corruption powerfully and efficiently.
