Wto And China's Agricultural Land Legal System Build

China has joined in WTO on November. 10th , 2001. As to our country, opportunities exist together with challenges. Many industries and branches are going to face the impact of the opening of the country gate, the agriculture branches will be one of the most seriously struck branches. How to quicken the step of modern agriculture under the rule of WTO, and buildup the ability of market competition of Chinese agriculture has become an important task in nowadays. Innovating the producing system of modern agriculture is the fundamentality of modern agriculture .A good system not only can exert the potential of existing resource, but also can absorb the function of increment resource, this has been proved by the agriculture system reform in our country. Among all the innovations, the most important is the innovation of the system of farmland. Now, the widely used system of contracting of land has unfolded its abuse increasingly. This paper is going to review the gain and loss of our existing laws about farmland under the frame of WTO agriculture agreement, and build the law system of farmland to adapt farmers and agriculture to the changes that are made toward modern agriculture, to provide preparation and countermeasure for facing the impact of WTO.
