During the past fifty years of Chinese economic development, industry growth is located in a very important place all the while. This maybe because the developing countries' economic development is a industrialized process in a large meaning. While the core character of industrialization is the successive evolvement and upgrading of industrial structure. So seeing back to the half-century's path of Chinese industrial development, the adjusting and upgrading of industrial structure naturally become our research 's focus. This article discovers the evolving trends and characters of the Chinese industrial structure in the past fifty years and aims at improving its effective evolvement. Finally keep our country's industry healthily developed.This article takes Chinese industrial structure as research object, demonstration analysis as research method, industrial structure theory as guidance. Firstly the article presents the facts of Chinese industrial development since 1952, and then points out the conflicts in characters and the phase and the windbags of industrial structure in industrial course. Secondly the article takes the light industry made from primary products, light industry made from industrial products, excavating industry, raw material industry, as analysing visual angle, analyses the evolving characters of Chinese industry's input-output structure dynamically and statistically. Further more the article analyses the comparative productivity of processing and basic industry, then point out the industrial declining in our country's industrial course. Finally the article gives out the corresponding countermeasure for the structure conflicts in the industrial course.Through this research, the article unveils the high-processing trend of Chinese industrial output structure; while the changing characters of input structure is counter high processing. The main reason of this phenomenon is the increasing comparative productivity in processing industry and the declining comparative productivity in raw material industry. So we need to adjust the input relationship between the processing industry and raw material industry, adjust the inner input structure in processing industry.
