| Medium and small technology-based firms play an important role on technology innovation. And, they are very important in the high and new technology industry. With the help of Xi' an science technology bureau, the author investigated a large number of medium and small technology-based firms, such as Huaguang Co.,Ltd, Xunbang Co., Ltd and finally selected typical medium and small technology-based firms as the study cases. Under the guidance of the basic theory about technology innovation, case study is the way adopted in the paper. The main purpose of this paper is to analysis the innovation mechanism and to provide some suggestions.The paper mainly includes four parts: Part one, it focuses on the connotation, basic features, the micro-structure of the process and the connotation, the institutional reasons of forming about medium and small technology-based firms and advantages on technology innovation. Part two, it conducts a detail analysis of innovation mechanism and evaluates the enterprise's technologic innovation capabilities based on fussy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Part three, this paper makes an analysis of innovation process about Huaguang Co., Ltd and generalizes the successful experience. Finally, the paper explores the way of improving technology innovation capabilities about medium and small technology-based firms from micro factor (enterprises themselves) and macro factor (government). |
