| The 21st century society is one full of fierce competition. In this the flexible world, the society is changing at the speed of flywheel, in addition, since the people's need, emotion, interest, etc. are colorful, now it is impractical that the administrators consider matters by the outdated rigid and close thinking model, and the SDAT model should be its substitute. The greatest characteristic of this kind of management thinking model is that it is flexible and can timely make accurate decisions according to the repeated changing of the market. In this paper, proceeding from upgrading thinking model, the ancient Chinese dynamic management thinking is probed into, the advanced management thought is critically absorbed, and according to our country's actual situation, the systematic and dynamic management thinking is further discussed. This paper studies it mainly from the below three aspects. First of all, the historical source and realistic of SDAT basis are analyzed and the necessity, possibility and urgency of SDAT are studied. The traditional foundation and the theoretical foundations are concluded in the historical source. In ancient China there have been narration about it, a number of emperors, ministers, businessmen and scholars have had different statement about it. As far back as the Spring and Autumn Warring States Periods, overall narrations of the abnormal variable war conditions have been made in" the Art of War by Sunzi". Nowadays management circle in various country regards " the Art of War by Sunzi" as " the eastern pearl". Mao Zedong's military revolution thought invariably glimmers the brilliant rays of SDAT. In the construction of the socialist society, it is comrade Deng Xiaoping who applied perfectly the SDAT. The theoretical foundations are consisted of the dissipation structure theory, and the science of cooperation and sudden change theory. The realistic basis of SDAT are: the variable management object, the management subject with strong character, rich and colorful management practice, which are basic to modern administration. Then, the main contents of SDAT are narrated: the meaning , characteristic , main ideas , basic principles, major methods and major forms of SDAT. The meaning of SDAT is one kind of thinking with which administrators pay attention to the changes of the people, matter and information, and dynamic manage afterconsidering and analyzing things, according to the system theory. The characteristics of SDAT mainly include two aspects: Systematic aspect and dynamic aspect. .It is dynamic aspect that we will lay particular emphasis on. Dynamic thinking is opposite to static thinking . it is a kind of thinking activity which is flexible, adjustable and it can constantly select the superior. It requires thinking to change its own thinking procedure and direction as well as adjusts matters and controls them to reach a kind of thinking model which can optimize goals according to the constantly changing environment and conditions. Things are adjusted, controlled, and reached a kind of mode of thinking that are optimized. The main characteristics of SDAT are: it should be predicting, multidimensional and relevant. Thought is a guideline of action, and the scientific administration could be implemented, the advanced administrative ideas and consciousness are the first things to be required. The basic ideas of SDAT include: environmental idea, new competition idea, revolutionary consciousness, information network idea, humanistic idea and market idea. There is a saying "where there is no rule , where there is nothing " .When doing anything, principles are necessary, so is SDAT, which also has its basic rules: time principle, feedback principle, elastic principle, dynamic and static combination principle, power changing principle.
