On The Unbalance Of World Development In The Era Of Globalization

After World War Ⅱ, the human society entered a completely new historical era, namely the global era in the history progress. The history development of the era inclines to equilibrium and unity, or inclines to unbalance and wide spreading of character? How to comprehensively, reasonably and correctly understand this problem, is a new global problem that affects world development at present. The new problem needs to be dealt with new way of thinking.
