Dalian High-tech Zone, The Double-d Ecological Planning Study

The research of Eco-industrial park has been more than ten years abroad, and obtained good performance, but it is just the appearance of the start in our country. The related theories and practice are valuable subject. Now it is the important way to co-ordinate environment and economy for countries to establish Eco-industrial park and develop ecology economy.DD port locates in Dalian of northern port in China, is a newly arisen industry area of high-technology parks in Dalian, its industry project is divided into the figure technology park and life technology park, its emphasis are figure technology and life technology etc. Based on the industrial ecology and re-cycling economics theories, combining with the industrial actuality and the relevant analysis and evaluation of DD port, this thesis makes multi-aspect, multilevel and omnidirectional eco-planning on DD port. This thesis carries on a study of ecological plan on DD port respectively from three aspects: industrial ecosystem, ecological management and some policies etc. The plan makes enterprises be industry symbiosis network. The ecology management plan includes ecology industry park management plan and the ecology environment monitors system establishment. The plan studies some policies etc. The purpose of plan is to turn DD port into completed facilities, beautiful environment and mature economy modern technology park.It is very important for parks in future and even Dalian to complete eco-planning of DD port and establish sustaining ecosystem.
