Probe Into The Problem Of Industrial Parks

Aiming at the current problems of industrial structure similarity and competition disorder in practice, the author points out that the problems are the results of neglecting or having no clear idea of two basic points-"why to construct industrial area" and "how to construct industrial area".After analyzing the dynamism of industrial parks, the definition of regional advantages' connotation, the choice of regional leading industries etc., the author forms the tentative framework of how to analyses problems about industrial parks. Then we demonstrate an example-the industrial planning by leaps and bounds of Foshan Gaoming Cangjiang industrial park.Through the research, the author believes that if we want to make Chinese industrial parks to develop healthily, it is thoroughly necessary to base industrial parks on the market and local conditions, follow the relevant objective laws, scientifically demonstrate the planning of industrial parks, correctly find out the regional advantages, and properly choose the leading industries.
