Study Of The The Gaizhou Township Enterprise Development Model

Since reform and open policies have been applied, The developmental rate and quality of the TVES( Township and Village Enterprises )have significant influences on the rural and national economy directly. In GaiZhou City, as a little city, agriculture plays a major role in it, so the impacts of the TVES are very obvious. The aim of this thesis is to provide an actual developmental road for it.The research is based on the history and current situation of the TVES of GaiZhou City, and firstly analyses the problems and filibuster during the process of development, meanwhile, the domestic and abroad environment are also been analyzed systematically. The development styles of the TVES are different according the actual situation of the different regions, so in the third part of the thesis, the comparison analysis is also been done. What's the important is that the theory on the developmental style of the TVES is been expounded deeply, at the same time, the historic sources and determinant factors, the formation and characteristics of the SuNan Style, the WenZhou Style, the ZhuJiang Delta Style, and the style of less developed regions in the west of China, which is contrast to the style of GaiZhou City. On the basis of these, in the fourth part of the article, the choice of the style is been brought out, then the principles and the orientation of the developmental style determines the choice in the future. In order to undertake the evolution of the TVES in GaiZhou City, the developmental strategies and insurances are researched deeply.According to the analysis of the thesis, we can have an understanding of the developmental stage and the characteristics of the TVES in GaiZhou City. The TVES in GaiZhou City are still in the stage of quasi independent and dependent coexist, and the differences between the progressive style are embodied in regime, industry structure and enterprise competence. For the sake of the transition to the new style, the structure adjustment strategies, marketing exploration strategy and abroad oriented strategies are to be realized. And policies, technologies and regime are also insured.
