Tianhe Co. is an integrated enterprise, its major products are series of fire-fighting engines, water supplying engines, pumps, power take-offs, spraying systems,CO2 fire-fighting systems, general and numerical control lathes, etc. They are sold to every provinces, cities and municipalities of China except for Taiwan, Hongkong and Macao. The ratios of market appropriation, satisfaction of consumers and the reputation of these products are first level in Chinese fire-fighting industry. The income of 2002 is over 100 millions Yuan RMB.As the scale of manufacture and marketing competition enlarged, the standard of products and services for consumers becomes higher and higher. Although the quality management system had been certificated according to ISO 9001,many problems still exist in the quality management system. Using system method and process method, we entirely analyze the quality management system for finding out the main problems, and make the plan to improve the level of quality management and the competition.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part introduces three stages of quality management development the tool of quality management in common use and the current of quality management theories. The second part analyzes the problems appeared in the company quality management and its reasons. The third part makes some methods and measures to improve quality management. The forth part is how to evaluate the performance of the quality management system. The fifth part is the summary of the whole thesis.I hope the study of this thesis will be helpful to raise the level of the quality management, and to raise the competitive ability of the company, finally to realize the continuously fast development.
