Quality Engineering is an efficient way to improve production quality,reduce cost and shorten delivery date. It has become an important branch of modern quality science. A thorough study on quality engineering theory and its practice has a directive significance to change the status that most of production quality is in a low level in out country. The main objection of quality engineering is to control the fluctuation occurred in production.This objection is decided by the new quality loss theory. It believes that "any deviation from the objection will cause quality loss;The more deviation, the more loss will be;The loss is zero while the real production is consistent with the objection". This new quality loss theory means that the fluctuation must be decreased and controlled ass. Much as possible in order to improve the production quality and decrease production cost. Quality Engineering is classified as on-line quality control and off-line quality,,The on-line quality control means the control,,diagnosis and adjustment in the manufacturing process. The off-line quality control focuses on three-times design, quality improvement, quality design and experiment design. This dissertation focuses on quality engineering and its control problems. It emphases the consolidation between theory and practice.We also put emphasis on the easy operation and usefulness.The whole dissertation is organized as follows: Chapter 1 reviews the generation and development of quality engineering and control, introduces the new progress in modern quality engineering and its control problems. In chapter 2 , we give first the general process of quality design and quality improvement. Then study the non-linear system identification problems, including the experiment design of identification data,,model identification and parameter estimation etc.For the quality design and the improved mathematical programming model,we proposed a solution method based on uniform grid optimization technique.Last, three examples in rubber description is cited to demonstrate the process of our method. In chapter 3,we proposed a new method for robust design to overcome the defect in Markowitz model for Portfolio Selection.The implementation process is demonstrated using real examples. In chapter 4,Study on intelligent parameter design.For the computable projection,we first give the mixed non-linear programming model for parameter design and tolerance design; Then we propose two intelligent optimization method ——parallel simulated...
