Quality Control Of PDM In Produce Process

Product Data Manage (PDM) is a technology that supported by information technology and based by software. It manages all information and processes about product. Information of product includes electronic document, numeric file, data record. Processes of product include examine and alert processes. CAD, CAM, CAPP are integrated with PDM system. They integrate all data and process about product's quality by web and database technology. PDM manage information in lifecycle and constitute parallel and collaborative environment for product's design and make. PDM is widely opened and extended as system flat.Using computer PDM Cotrols the whole product design process, constitutes virtual product model, at the end, finishs integrated product description, produce process description and produce processs control data. But real-time data in produce process is not integrated into PDM system. Cycle process from procuct design, produce to design is not formed. Thereby PDM can not control product quality.This article forms a model of quality management in produce process. By quality layout, data collection, analyse, diagnose PDM brings up mend plan that feed back to product design process. This forms a continuous mend. According to needs of a company in Tianjin, my teachers, my schoolmate and I developed a system named intellective instrument produce and quality control management system.
