The leather trade is traditional industry in our country , it is traditional export trade too . Leather manufacture lies in front of the domain chain of leather trade . After china entered the WTO , the trade barrier which foreign corporations entered china was broken , many corporations of other countries occupied the market , this brought threat to leather trade . Leather factory's pollution is a challenge to their existence . How to deal with the threat of external environment and gain existence or how to deal with the threat of interior environment and obtain development is important to our country's leather industry .The article through author researched two factories of leather manufacture and author's experience in leather trade , firstly , it introduced outline of Chinese leather industry . secondly , it analysed the external environment of leather's corporation and offered the suggestion : Grasp the message of international market and leather technology , process pollution , found natural leather market and so on . Next , the article analysed two corporations researched by author. From this , author found the usual problem of leather corporation . In the fifth chapter , article analysed the defects in a system of management of leather corporation and offered lots of suggestion : corporation should apart the ownership from the government , found scientific system of management , improve employees' predisposition , found modern system of marketing and so on . At last , the article refers to the reform in a system of management at the different stage of leather corporation .
