Ertan Power Plant Organization Design And Practice

This thesis discusses the management of isolated power plant for improving the competition capacity of Ertan Hydroelectric Development Company(for short: EHDC) in the power marketing of social market economy. At new condition of the electric power system reformation, as the main body of market competition, the company with responsibility for drainage area development how to catch hold of the electric market opportunity with rapid grows, how to analyze the electric industry position today, how to assort the national energy develop stratagem, and how to develop a kind of advanced management to reduce the cost and get high benefit in the practicing process of the electric power production, it's very important to survive in the more and more acute electric market competition for EHDC.The Yalong River occupies 7.1% total capacity of whole China hydropower resource and the condition of constructing hydropower plant is much better than other famous rivers, for example the Jinsha River that occupies 24.6% total capacity of whole China hydropower resource. Ertan Hydro Power Plant(for short: EHPP) is the first and only project of EHDC along the Yalong River now, the biggest anabranch of the Yangzi River. It is the most important power plant in the Sichuan and Chongqing power system. EHDC can get benefit from the selling electric power of EHPP to return loan of The World Bank and the other commercial bank of China that borrowed for constructing EHPP. Because the Chinese government has decided to develop the west of China and is practicing the policy of transmission western electric power to east developed district of China. So EHDC should combine more aspect advantage by itself including the management and the technology of EHPP, to cater for the more and more requirement of the electric marketing. The safety and stability operation of EHPP is the basic of EHDC to develop the YalongRiver's hydropower. So EHPP should hunting and practicing a set of management mode and concept that concentrates the safety production to guarantee EHDC get the minimum manage risk. The scientific management of EHPP means it has advanced economic and technique performance, means EHDC should get much more current from selling the electric power to the electric market.In this thesis mostly expatiate, at new history condition, the new set of management for the isolated power plant, servicing the river develop company to roll exploiture new projects along the river, and with other rundle power plant construct EHDC will become stronger and stronger to participate in Chinese electric market competition today and in the future. The new management comes from the production practice of EHPP, and be applied improved in management progress of EHPP.
