Private Technology Enterprises In Technical Innovation And Environmental Studies

This paper studies on the technological innovation's environmental problems of private scientific and technological enterprise. Chapter one points out the background and the meaning of the paper which mainly introduces the current situation researched by our scholars at first. Thereafter author orientates the research on the innovation's environment. Then the paper probes into the technological innovation's environment and basic situation of private scientific and technological enterprise. Finally it defines the relevant concepts. Chapter two studies on the relevant problem between government and technological innovation's environment of private scientific and technological enterprise emphatically. Firstly it mainly researches on technological innovation's environment of private scientific and technological enterprise, which needs to be constructed by government.
