Private Enterprises In Technological Innovation Research

It is well known that position and effect of non-state enterprise are increasingly outstanding in economy and society in China. Technological innovation is a key to survival and development of non-state enterprise. The operation mechanism of enterprise consistfof the innovation process and impetus, the innovation ability and pattern. Technological innovation of non-state enterprise have some features: flexible mechanism, explicit market aim and more adaptability, and so on. The property right and the capability, the market and the institution are four main factors that restrict the technological innovation of non-state enterprise. Innovation circumstances was made up law, policy and culture. There are many measures in foreign government, for example, making especial laws and policies, setting up especial management organization, providing funds and favorable tax. and so on. At last, from ideology, institution and environment, the thesis puts forward some suggestions that promote development of non-state enterprise and technological innovation in China.
