China's Information Technology And Economic Development

The world informationization level rises rapidly. New economic system has been improving and strengthening constantly.Developed countries take information industry as the core of it.Under this background,China informationization construction is accelerating to develop too, is becoming new motive force of economic growth .But at present, how are the state and questions of China's informationization development? How is the prospect of China's informationization development? How is the effect of every province's informationization level on the whole national economic development?It hasn't scientific and intact mathematical data to reflect and appraise these questions yet nowadays.So we need set up index system and method that are used to compare and appraise informationization level and those must suit China's actual conditions, need study computing method that used to calculate China's informationization level and developing state ,reflect and appraise every province( district, city) informationization level, regional difference and characteristic, offer the scientific mathematical basis for Chinese Government to make macroscopical development strategy of information industry, propose counter-measure and development strategy in time, in order to promote the whole country and every province informationization to develop healthily and fast, thus promote the development of China's economy and even modernization.It consists of three chapters and main contents are as follow:The first chapter mainly introduces the theoretical relation between the informationization and the economy growth. At first, the basic characteristic of economic development consists in the informationization.It subsequently recommends " newcoming advantage" theory of developing countries and get the informationization problems of China. Then it is the basic meaning ofinformationization and two respects of promoting the economic growth of informationization: Structure change and knowledge accumulation .In the second chapter,it focuses on the studying of the informationization level's calculation models and informationization level's analysis.At first,it recommends commonly used calculating methods of the informationization level in the world, and then gives the result of the Chinese informationization level about calculating and comparative studying.Finally Studies the correlation relation between the Chinese informationization level's total index and national economic development.The third chapter studies the strategy and countermeasure of China's informationization development.Over half informationization index data still " hides " and is not announced.The main reasons are as follow: First, initial data that is not within the first batch of announcing belongs to the secret or census data; Second, index data that belongs to what every province ranks, can't be announced before getting relevant instruction. Due to the limitations of materials collecting and studying time, this text is only according to the earlier stage research results of national informationization level report and combine relevant materials to go on the positive research to the informationization level of every province . No collecting every area's newest data of informationization index is a shortcoming of this text.With the data gradually made public, the informationization level of every province can continue to study.
