| Hi-Tech industry is a backbone industry in the age of knowledge economy; taking the Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park as an object, and based on the analysis & research results by domestics and overseas experts, the paper brings forward the factors affecting hi-tech Parks' allocation. Differentiated from traditional allocation affecting factors, characters of knowledge economy are taken into consideration when high-tech industry districts allocation are planned, besides, significance of allocation factors has varied relevantly.With utilizing relative basic theory about allocation and industrial economics, employing statistics & investigation data and analyzing actual external environmental situation of Zhangjiang High-tech Park, the paper indicates that optimistically, Zhangjiang allocates in a macroscopic high-speed developed environment, Shanghai; and it occupies great advantage of Pudong Development, and moreover, it possesses abundant field resources. However, it also have to face up the inferior position in background service establishment, intelligence resources, etc.. Further analysis on internal industrial environment & development makes clear that the industial function of the Park relies mainly on high-tech products processing and internal innovative network is still under forming.Aiming at the inferior position and current industrial situation, we reallocates Zhangjiang High-tech Park with relevant improving measurements, and indicates biologic medicament and electric information industry as the emphasis to development, and the industry functions could be driven to update by manufacture, in which way it is formed that an industry pattern that R & D and manufacture supplement each other.Through investigation and research on environment, allocation and industrial development of Zhangjiang High-tech Park, we enriched the allocation theory and on the other hand, provided substantial help for harmonious development of Zhangjiang. |
