| The growing up of High-tech industries and sustainable development is the two focuses to which people pay attention in the current society. It embodies that human society are going through the profound revolution of High-tech industries based on the harmonious and sustainable development among environment, economy and society. Because High-tech industries has many characteristics, such as high value-added, high intellectuality, high drive, high stratagem and high venture, it becomes not only the drive and headspring to promote social transform, but also is closely bound up sustainable development strategy. Based on expatiation of the connotation, characteristic and classify standard of High-tech, together with demonstration research on High-tech park and some High-tech industries, the paper analyzes concretely the active effect on actualizing the strategy of sustainable development. If we have a correct choice of the policy on High-tech industries, it will be the hard-core power about ability construction of sustainable development. The 3rd and 4th section of the paper analyze the situation about development of High-tech industry in China, then the paper brings forward the valid path that accords with the object of sustainable development strategy.
