With the rapid development of market economy, the real estate market is also booming. Real estate registration system plays an important role in maintaining the order of the real estate market and assuring the security in real estate transaction. We are actively making real right law at present. Author wants to put forward ideal on real estate registration system in order to promote the legislation proceeding of real right law.The thesis is divided into for parts. In first section is summarization of real estate registration system. Secondly, author describes the theoretical foundation of real estate registration system. Thirdly, author describes the legislation case of each country and analyzes their advantages and disadvantage. Finally, author analyses the current situation and defects of our real estate registration system and put forward ideas to perfect the real estate registration system in our country, which are as follows: regarding security and effectiveness as the main value of the real estate registration system; uniting all of law' effect; advocating a registration system in which house and earth should be asked to register at the same time; perfecting the right type of our real estate registration system; establishing agential system; establishing public review system; establishing compensation system.Our real estate industry is booming at present. In order to enhance the security in real estate transaction, we need to use real right law to affirm and protect the property relation and standardize the real estate market. Under the legislation background of nearing real right law, we should absorb foreign advanced legislation and theory to perfect the real estate registration system.
