Process Reengineering In The Real Estate Enterprise Project Management Applications

How to improve the management level in the drastic market competition is one of problem by real estate developing enterprises focused on. Management methods, cored as section function in tradition, can't change ultimately the abuse such as lower efficiency of process and overstaffed organization frame and high developing cost and so on. However management method cored as process not only can improve obviously efficiency of process and lower developing cost, but also can concern the demands of consumer, promote strongly the competition capability of real estate developing enterprise.Reengineering of business process of real estate developing enterprise, applied the theory of BPR and aimed at the characteristics of real estate developing project, was studied deeply, and the methods and the steps and the content of BPR of real estate developing enterprise were put forward systematically.On the base of reengineering, the organization frame and the management system that related to the running of process were studied at the same time, the methods and the steps and the content of the organization frame and the management that belongs to process type were put forward.Furthermore, the checkout methods to the effects of BPR were designed and the disposal measures of hindrance that appeared in the process of BPR were proposed.Finally, the achievements of this thesis were applied to the management of a certain real estate developing enterprise in Xi'an and achieved good application effects. It is worth while to be consulted prevalently by real estate developing enterprise.
