After the socialist market economy is put into practice in China, the environment and nature of Yankuang telephone computer center has changed rapidly and dramatically. The management system, organizational structure, marketing system and business process have become unfit for the new environment. Furthermore, the center of yangkaung need innovate urgently due to the pressure of market economy. Through business process reengineering, we hope that the center reduce products' cost, stimulate the staffs working activity and creativeness, increase our products' market share, competition that promotes our center development highly and healthy..Basing on the feasibility the center of yankuang, we set up the business process reengineering model of the center of yankuang. Through analyzing the business process with process diagram, we design the business process structure and the core business processes based on customer. At last, this paper analyzes the mechanism of process reengineering affecting the performance. On the basis of this, it sets up an evaluating indexes system and evaluates the result of implementing business process reengineering by multi-fuzzy method. We draw a conclusion that the performance of the center has improved significantly.
